"I've been a member of the Del Webb Orlando community for nearly four years and my interaction with Access Residential Management has always been a pleasant experience. Occasionally, we've had a challenge with the lawn mowing service damaging a sprinkler head that wasn't fully retracted. When this was reported to Access, they quickly responded to my email and coordinated with the landscaping company to accomplish the repairs. Similarly, when we've submitted home modification requests to the Architectural Review Committee for consideration, Access helped facilitate the review was prompt to grant us the authorizations we were seeking. And now that our new Club House is open, the Access personnel are always professional and cordial. They always greet the residents and visitors with a friendly smile and are very attentive to the work they do to keep that facility looking and operating at its best. Thank you Access.
